EPCM (Engineering Procurement and Construction Management):
As with EPC, the project is designed and main components are procured but no construction work is undertaken.he customer decides who will be the main contractor and supplier. For this reason, the general completion date and cost responsibility of the projects belong to the customer.

General Progress: Control of change orders, client’s budget and contractor interim payments.
Source: Whether the contractor has the sufficient man power and machines to complete the project.
Timing: Whether the contractor has the physical ability to complete the project within the promised period.
Quality: Whether the contractor is working in accordance with the specification.
